Copyright and Permitted Use

UNLESS EXPRESSLY AUTHORISED BY CARIBBEAN EVENTS, any recording, broadcasting, rebroadcasting or web streaming of content produced by CARIBBEAN EVENTS is strictly prohibited.

CARIBBEAN EVENTS holds exclusive copyright in the shows it produces. LIVE or delayed broadcast on television, websites, blogs and/or social media platforms — including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X (formerly Twitter) and YouTube — is an infringement of those rights.

Your ticket grants you a personal, non-transferable right to view the broadcast. It does not grant any right to record, copy, share, resell or retransmit it.

Your Stream Is Individually Identified

Every live stream is individually marked with the account it was issued to. The account name associated with your purchase is embedded in the video you are watching, and is present in any recording or rebroadcast made from it.

This means an unauthorised rebroadcast can be traced directly to the account that produced it. Access credentials are personal to the purchaser and must not be shared. Account activity is logged, including concurrent access from multiple locations.

Enforcement

Any person, entity or corporation found at any event in violation of this policy will be immediately ejected and may be charged under applicable copyright laws.

Where an unauthorised rebroadcast of an online LIVE stream is detected:

Your access will be suspended immediately and without refund, and you will lose access to the remainder of the event in progress.

Your account may be permanently banned from all CARIBBEAN EVENTS online channels.

Copyright infringement action may be brought against you, and CARIBBEAN EVENTS reserves the right to pursue takedown and legal remedies against the platform, the account holder and any party distributing the material.

We may issue takedown notices to any platform hosting unauthorised material without prior notice to you.

Service Availability

CARIBBEAN EVENTS Live Streaming Services may be interrupted due to transmission issues beyond our control. We make every reasonable effort to maintain a stable broadcast but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free delivery.

Event Content

Content referenced during a live streaming event is the responsibility of the event presenters.
